Maxwell Toolson Pingel was born Sunday April 5, 2009 at 8:54 a.m. pacific time. He was 7 lbs. 2 oz. and 20 inches long. He has a lot of dark brown hair. Baby and mother are healthy and doing well. We really couldn't have asked for better timing. Lindsey and Easton went for a walk on Saturday at about 4:15 p.m. and came back in time for Scott to go to Priesthood session of conference. When Scott got home from conference, Lindsey's contractions were only 2 minutes apart, so we got ready to go to the hospital. We were a little nervous about it because Luke had been up the whole previous night throwing up with a fever, but after the bishop came over to assist Scott in a blessing, he was on the mend. One of Lindsey's Laurel's came over to stay with the boys at about 8:30 p.m. and Scott and Lindsey headed to hospital. When they checked Lindsey at the hospital she was dilated 5cm, so they were officially keeping her there to have the baby. They let her progress on her own because they wanted her to break her own water. By about 7 am on Sunday morning they decided that her water was not going to break on its own, and the doctor finally decided he would come and break it. He broke her water at about 8:10 am, and Max was born at 8:54 am. The boys got to meet Baby Max this afternoon and seemed pretty intrigued by him. Luke kept saying "Whasup Baby Max, whasup." Enjoy the pictures!!
Oh my goodness he is so adorable..guess that is no surprise, we already knew you made cute kids. Love the name too. We are so happy everything went so well this time and that he is here and healthy. Love you guys mucho...Take care, and we look forward to more pics. Congratulations!!!!
We love little Max!!! We can't wait to hold him and kiss him. He has the perfect middle name! We are so blessed to have our 7th grandchild born so perfect.
Heavens I hope that from 8:30pm to 8:10am when they broke the water you (Lindsey :) were hooked up to an epidural!! Cuz that is a really long time. Congratulations!! He is darling! And for the record, I *love* the name Max.
Congrats you guys! He is absolutely precious! I'm SO glad everything went well for you guys and that Lindsey was able to have a normal pregnancy this time. What a blessing!! Good job Lindsey!!
Scott is the City Manager in Dayton, Oregon, Lindsey is a stay-at-home mom and part-time substitue teacher. Easton is 8 and getting too smart, Luke is 6 and getting taller by the minute, Max is 4 and getting crazier by the second, and Ginny is 2 and getting cuter by the moment.
